Someone else is doing something different to you and you are distracted. Whether you know them or not. Whether it's the skinny jab, some weird diet thing or extreme fitness fad - you lose focus.
7. Balance
You lose a bit, ease up a bit – put it all back on (and more) and end up right back where you started. It's like you're in a rush to find "balance" as in a lifestyle to settle into with a bit of naughty and a fit of focus. Just too soon.
8. Trips away
All seems OK then there's that trip away or holiday where you just lose all momentum and never get back on it.
9. Impatience - buy now pay later thinking
You do the diet thing and up your exercise. In fact, you exercise loads for like 2 weeks but the dial hardly moves on the scale. You diet harder (other than just a few blips - like calories count whilst driving anyway) and then give up when again results are lacking.
